Fisherman, and especially fishing guides, never tire of new recipes to try on their latest catch. This recipe is one of our family’s go-to quick and easy recipes when we have fresh salmon or steelhead on hand.

The buttery sauce the fish cooks in is perfect for less oily fish. You can easily adjust how much butter you use based on how much fat content is in your fish and your preferred taste.

Since the ingredients are rather simple you can change how many servings you make for one or two, or for a crowd very easily. Simply use more or less fish and season accordingly.

Oh, did I mention you cook it in a foil pan on the grill? Clean up couldn’t be easier!
