 Verified This rental is truly a gem! Inside is modern, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It is uncommonly clean and has everything to make your stay exceptional.  Verified I've been staying in AirBnBs all over the country for many years now. Jaime's place is, or is tied for, the BEST I have stayed in over those many years. I wasn't expecting that much - I mean, the pics looked good and I've always thought Cathlamet was cute and liked their brewery but the main draw for me was the Oscar ferry and easy access to Astoria.However....This house was so welcoming, so beautifully decorated, with loads of thoughtful touches and a fab instructions book and while initially I had thought 'by a slough?', looking out at that backyard (with deer romping across the lawn) was magic. It was almost hard to LEAVE for adventures in nearby locales. I sent Jaime a ton of pics, basically saying 'where can I buy this for MY house' and she was amazeballs responding (3 items are already ordered!). And while I had been to the brewery in Cathlamet before, I hadn't had dinner at their restaurant which was fab, as were all the stores/shopkeepers we encountered in this tiny town.

Cancellation and refund policy: Guest receives 100.00% if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before arrival; No refunds within 7 days of arrival. Due to the nature of being a small family owned business we are unable to make exceptions for refunds after the 7 day window. Travel insurance is offered, but not required, at the time of booking. You may also purchase your own travel insurance policy elsewhere.

We typically respond to inquiries within an hour. Once received, a quote will be emailed to you to complete your booking and reserve your dates. All reservations require a signed rental agreement, a card on file for a $250 security deposit hold, and a government-issued photo ID to be uploaded at the time of booking.
